Currency and Pricing

We support multiple currencies at checkout. Where your region is supported, prices are displayed and charged in your local currency, so the total you see is the total you pay. For regions we don't yet support in local currency, prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). In either case, your bank or card provider may apply international transaction or currency conversion fees based on your account terms and current exchange rates.

When Payment Is Collected

Payment is captured at checkout at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized and processed.

Secure Checkout

Your security matters to us. Our checkout is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant via our e-commerce platform (Shopify). We do not store full card details on our systems.

Billing Information

Please make sure the billing details you enter match the payment method being used. Accurate billing information helps your payment authorize successfully and reduces the chance of a declined or delayed order.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated based on your order and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can see your full total before paying.

The total shown at checkout reflects your order amount, any applicable taxes, and any shipping charges that apply. There are no hidden fees added to your payment.
