Welcome to the Hudson & Wells help center. Below are answers to the questions our customers ask most often. If you don't find what you're looking for, our support team is happy to help.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated total delivery is 13-23 business days, which includes order processing plus transit. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, after which they ship via a trusted carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and to supported international destinations available at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Google Merchant Center advertising is currently configured for the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following U.S. shipping options:
- Standard: $7.95
- FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $89 where the free-shipping offer is available at checkout
- Priority+: $15.00
International shipping rates, when available for the destination selected at checkout, are calculated at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track your order on our order-tracking page using your order number and email.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processing is complete, your order ships and enters transit.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, email us at sales@hudsonandwells.com with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization along with the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes - changes and cancellations are possible within 12 hours of purchase, before your order enters fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@hudsonandwells.com with your order number.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant through our e-commerce platform (Shopify). We do not store your full card details.
