Welcome to the Hudson & Wells help center. Here are quick answers to the questions customers ask most often. If you still need help, our team is happy to assist.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping is estimated at 5-7 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier updates.
Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or address issues.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and to supported international destinations available at checkout. If international shipping is available for your address, the rate and delivery option will appear before payment.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. Standard shipping is $7.95. Free Standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $89 where the offer is available at checkout.
Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package.
You can also use the Track Order page. If tracking looks delayed or unclear, contact us with your order number and we will help check it.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email sales@hudsonandwells.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address. Please wait for return authorization before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will help make it right and cover return shipping for that issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
The fastest option is to start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. This helps keep availability accurate and gets the replacement moving sooner.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations may be possible within 12 hours of purchase, before the order enters fulfillment. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and supported express checkout options shown at checkout, including Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal where available.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and processed through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.
